This experience allows you to explore Corcovado during several important periods of wildlife activity, including sunrise, mid-morning and late afternoon. Check-in takes place at the main beach in Drake Bay at 5:30 a.m.
The shared boat departs at 6:00 a.m. and follows the Pacific coastline toward Sirena Beach. The journey normally takes between one hour and one hour and thirty minutes, depending on ocean conditions.
Arrival at Sirena Beach is expected between 7:00 and 7:30 a.m.
Sirena does not have a dock, so passengers should be prepared to step into shallow water when leaving the boat.
After entering Corcovado National Park, the group walks for approximately 30 minutes from the beach to Sirena Station. Arrival at the station is expected at around 8:00 a.m.
After leaving the overnight equipment in the designated area, the first guided hike begins at approximately 8:30 a.m.
The morning exploration continues until around 11:00 a.m., following trails through lowland rainforest, river areas, secondary forest and open habitats.
Lunch is served at approximately 11:30 a.m.
From 12:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m., participants have time to rest during the hottest part of the day.
The afternoon hike begins at approximately 2:30 p.m. and continues until around 5:00 p.m.
Dinner is served at approximately 6:00 p.m., followed by the first overnight stay at Sirena Station.
The second day begins at approximately 5:00 a.m. with an early guided walk before sunrise.
This first hike continues until around 7:00 a.m., when temperatures are cooler and birds and mammals often become more active.
Breakfast is served at approximately 7:30 a.m.
The second guided hike begins at around 8:30 a.m. and continues until approximately 11:00 a.m.
Lunch is served at 11:30 a.m.
From approximately 12:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m., the group rests at the station before returning to the trails.
The afternoon hike begins at 2:30 p.m. and finishes at around 5:00 p.m.
Dinner is served at approximately 6:00 p.m., followed by the second night at Sirena Station.
The final day begins at approximately 5:00 a.m. with another early guided walk.
The group explores the forest until around 7:00 a.m., offering one last opportunity to observe wildlife during the cooler morning hours.

After returning to the station, participants collect their belongings and begin the walk toward Sirena Beach at approximately 11:30 a.m.

Arrival in Drake Bay is normally between 1:30 and 2:00 p.m., depending on ocean conditions, weather, park regulations and operational logistics.
During the three-day experience, possible wildlife observations may include tapirs, four species of monkeys, anteaters, peccaries, coatis, agoutis, crocodiles, scarlet macaws, toucans and many other mammals, reptiles and tropical birds.
Your certified guide will search for tracks, feeding signs, calls and movement in the canopy while explaining wildlife behavior and the ecological relationships found within Corcovado.
Wildlife observations are never guaranteed.
Corcovado is a natural environment where animals move freely according to weather, food availability and their own behavior. Spending three days inside the park provides more opportunities for observation, but every visit remains different and unpredictable.
Accommodation is provided in the shared sleeping facilities at Sirena Station using individual bunk beds.
Bedding is provided, but sleeping areas and common spaces are shared. Privacy is limited, and the experience should not be compared with hotel accommodation.
Travelers should bring only the equipment necessary for two nights. Large suitcases should remain at their accommodation in Drake Bay.

The price does not include hotel accommodation in Drake Bay, personal equipment, additional drinks, travel insurance or gratuities.
Participants should bring closed hiking shoes or rubber boots, sandals or water shoes for the beach landing, lightweight clothing, rain protection, insect repellent, sunscreen, a reusable water bottle, personal medication, a flashlight and waterproof protection for phones or cameras.
A small backpack is recommended. All personal belongings must be carried between Sirena Beach and the station, so unnecessary luggage should be avoided.
Food brought from outside is not permitted at Sirena. Visitors must follow the regulations established by the national park and the instructions provided by the guide.
Three days inside Corcovado allow travelers to experience the rainforest at different hours and under changing conditions.
The early walks begin at 5:00 a.m., the main morning explorations take place between 8:30 and 11:00 a.m., and the afternoon hikes run from approximately 2:30 to 5:00 p.m.
